It's a GIRL!!!!!!

Emma Lillian Sklarew will be here soon!!

Yesterday we had another ultrasound, being one day shy of 18 weeks; they said they would be able to tell the sex for sure. The technician we had this time was a different from 3 weeks ago and both of them said it was a girl. The doctor also came in and said the same thing.

We got to see that she is growing very well she has 10 fingers, 10 toes, her heart looks really good and is working very well her heart rate was 152. Her Kidneys, bladder, stomach, brain, arms and legs are all well developed and are functioning properly.

Our appointment this time was at 9am, and she was still sleeping and not moving around a whole lot so we only have a few pictures, but not a good profile picture. She is defiantly like her mom more of an afternoon person, because our last appointment was at 2:30pm and she was all over the place.

We were able to spread the news to everyone and everyone is excited especially since most people thought it was a boy. Out of the 45 guesses we had, 29 guessed Boy, and 17 guessed Girl.

It's a very exciting time for us especially since we don't have to keep it a secret anymore. Things are going to get more exciting especially every three weeks when we get to see her.

We are also leaving in 8 days to visit Leslie and Alfred (Grandma and Grandpa Sklarew) in Florida, and we can't wait to see them and to spend some time in the nice warm sun.
